Here we offer a convection reflow soldering system.
The Compact2.1Nitro convection reflow soldering system is designed for reflow soldering using
solder pastes and for curing SMD adhesives. The entire spectrum of SMT components,
especially BGAs, can be processed safely.
The reflow systems are manufactured according to the latest technology and are already aligned for
the processing of lead-free solders. By using forced convection as a circulating
airflow, the user achieves optimal process reliability.
Nitrogen atmosphere during reflow soldering can significantly improve process reliability for components with small pitches
and for components and circuit boards whose connections do not exhibit optimal wettability.
The Compact2.1 Nitro soldering system is specifically designed for reflow soldering under nitrogen.
