Packaging

• Carefully packaged components are just as important as prior testing. It makes no sense to offer you a high-quality, tested product and then send it to you poorly packaged. The delivery of an item that has been damaged in transit and that you urgently need is an experience we would like to spare you (and ourselves).

Germany - UPS (up to 50kg) Standard

• Up to 50 kg and maximum dimensions of 120 cm x 60 cm x 60 cm are shipped within Germany using UPS Standard, provided that the goods are not too fragile. Unless otherwise requested, we ship all “small items” with UPS. The current UPS prices apply to parcels, which you can view here. The normal UPS Standard parcel delivery times apply here.

UPS Express Saver

• As an alternative to UPS Standard, we offer Express Saver shipping on our UPS account. The delivery costs are significantly higher, but the package will be delivered to you the next business day. Since this shipping method involves pickup by the shipping company, no additional packaging or labor costs are charged. You can view the prices on the UPS website. We will pass on any discounts that may apply to you.

Self-collection

• You can, of course, pick up the items you have purchased. Please note that we have limited opening hours for the public. It is essential to make a prior arrangement by phone or email. In all cases, it is essential to make a prior arrangement, even before making a purchase. There are no pickup fees.

Shipping

• If you do not hire a shipping company, we ship within Germany using shipping companies such as Häberle, Nosta, or Schrudde. It is quite difficult to provide pricing information here, as various factors come into play. Based on experience, shipping costs within Germany for anything that fits on a Euro pallet range between EUR 250 and EUR 350. This is only a guide; please contact us for specific pricing information. We only charge the actual shipping costs. Delivery times within Germany are usually between 2 and 5 days.

International shipping

• The above conditions do not apply to international shipments, with the exception that the maximum package weight for UPS shipments is 50 kg. Heavy packages must be shipped by another shipping company. You can find the delivery times and prices of the individual companies on their respective websites, or you can request a shipping price from us. As a rule, we ship packages abroad exclusively via UPS Express Saver.

A. Shipping information

We ship worldwide. The respective shipping costs are based on the weight of the package.

I. Shipping within Germany

For shipping within mainland Germany, we calculate shipping costs based on weight.
For shipping to German islands, we charge an island surcharge of €2. We ship packages weighing up to 10 kg free of charge.

For items weighing more than 50 kg, we use freight forwarders for shipping. The costs cannot be determined on a flat-rate basis, as several factors come into play here. Please contact us to inquire about any freight costs.

II. Shipping abroad

We deliver worldwide. For international shipping, we calculate shipping costs based on weight, using UPS Express Saver parcel service. For deliveries to countries outside the European Union, additional costs may apply in individual cases, for which we are not responsible and which must be borne by you. These include, for example, costs for money transfers by credit institutions (e.g., transfer fees, exchange rate fees) or import duties or taxes (e.g., customs duties). I. Domestic shipments

For deliveries within Germany, we offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

• 1. Bank transfer
  Simply transfer the invoice amount to our bank account, stating the purpose of the transfer. Our bank details and the purpose of the transfer can be found on the invoice, or we will send them to you separately by email during the order process.
• 2. Delivery on account
  After receiving the invoice, transfer the amount payable to our bank account within the payment period specified on the invoice.
• 3. Cash payment on collection
  You collect the goods from us yourself and pay in cash on site. We will first inform you by email that the goods you have ordered are ready for collection. After receiving this email, you can collect the goods by appointment at the following address:
