Nader Pressure Change Test Stand DSP 10

We are offering a pressure change test stand DSP 10.
The DSP 10 test stand is designed for pressure fluctuation tests on radiator hoses.
Up to 6 test specimens can be tested in parallel. Each test channel can be individually turned on and off.
Tests are conducted in a closed circuit with recirculated glycol or a glycol/water mixture.

The DSP 10 test stand is designed for all tests involving pulsating pressure stresses on radiators, radiator hoses, and other components of the cooling circuit. Tests can be conducted up to 5 bar and are performed in a closed circuit with circulating glycol. The glycol is tempered to a maximum of 135 °C, and the test chamber can be tempered to a maximum of 100 °C depending on the configuration of the test stand.

The test runs fully automatically via two computers. The MS Windows-based software allows for the execution of various pressure and temperature profiles, which must be specified in tabular form. This enables testing of the respective parts as realistically as possible.
