The hydraulic specimen holder closes on both sides.
Bi-directional closing specimen holders always close symmetrically to the tensile axis.
This ensures that the specimen is clamped exactly axially. The adjustment of the thickness is not necessary. This is
a significant advantage, especially for soft specimens or varying specimen thicknesses.
