Continuous oven system with lift step conveyor (14.5 m heated length)

gas and electrically heated, essentially consisting of:

- 1 piece oven housing

> Oven body insulated with ceramic fiber modules in gas-tight design

> Clear width: 2,000 mm

> Gas heating: indirect via recuperator burner with ceramic radiant tubes in the first half of the oven

> Electric heating in the second half of the oven

> Heating design for a max. mass throughput of 1,800 kg/h

> BSN lift step conveyor system and drive via servo motors

- 2 pieces loading section (usable length approx. 1,200 mm) for automatic loading

> Lift beam support for holding the horizontally positioned boards

> Integrated chain conveyor for transporting the heated goods into the continuous oven

- 1 piece discharge feeder including centering

> Linear module, driven by servo motors

> with liftable and lowerable fork

> with adjustable stop buffers for lateral component centering

- 1 piece control, measurement, and regulation system with PLC

> Control cabinet: Manufacturer RITTAL, including wiring between oven and control cabinet

> Control: PLC, Manufacturer SIEMENS, Type S7-315-2DP

> Operation: via graphic-capable operator panel, MP277 (10" Touch) at the oven outlet in a separate swivel arm housing
