TAHOE 24-Slot 400V-HP System – High-Performance Burn-in System
The TAHOE system is a high-performance burn-in test system for testing high-power semiconductor devices.
It is suitable for both high-power and low-power applications (digital and mixed-signal)
and allows for a component power loss of up to 100 watts.
Main features:
Temperature chamber:
24 slots in a common temperature zone.
Temperature range: 25°C to 170°C.
Each slot with individual active socket control.
Chamber heat dissipation capacity: up to 12.5 kW.
Power Supply & I/O:
Each slot (BIB – Burn-In Board) has:
12 power supplies with up to 54A.
4 power supplies with up to 12A.
160 bidirectional I/O channels.
4 analog channels and 2 LVDS channels.
Measurement of voltage and current at the DUT (Device Under Test)
as well as monitoring of DUT outputs ("Signs of Life").
Drivers and Monitoring:
Each slot has its own driver board (1:1 configuration).
Driver boards are hot-swappable (can be replaced during operation).
Support for dynamic stimuli and DUT monitoring via Sierra™ software.

The INCAL Tahoe HP Burn-in System is a burn-in chamber,
designed for manufacturers, end users, and testing laboratories,
that require dynamic burn-in tests for many different device types.
The system dynamically tests components such as memory,
logic circuits, microprocessors, and LSI chips.
Multiple different device types can be tested simultaneously under controlled
thermal stress conditions.
By stimulating the inputs and simultaneously monitoring these inputs
during the burn-in process, the system ensures that the devices under test (DUTs)
receive the programmed input patterns,
temperatures, times, and voltages.

The INCAL Tahoe HP Burn-in System is a fully automated burn-in chamber
with control and monitoring functions.
It is designed to continuously respond to system errors.
The control of the DUTs is done via power supply and test vectors.
The system uses a configuration file to control all test parameters of the DUTs
as well as to track project/lot numbers.
It also links the serial numbers of the burn-in boards (BIBs) with information on DUT positions,
defective or empty sockets, and calibration data.
All anomalies and batch information as well as special monitoring data are stored
and are accessible via the main user interface.
File information can be saved or loaded in a user-defined manner.
The system is particularly designed for network use,
to centrally store and make test data for current projects accessible.
The software configures the hardware parameters based on the installed equipment.
A multi-level security system prevents unauthorized users
from changing configurations or shutting down the system.
