370.25 Servo-hydraulic Load Frame 
The servo-hydraulic load frames of the MTS Series 370 are extremely rigid and maintenance-friendly. They feature an innovative,
cylinder-centered actuator design, precision-engineered columns, lightweight crossheads, and laser-guided factory alignment,
to ensure unparalleled static and dynamic testing performance. The load frames of the MTS Series 370 are designed
to enhance user-friendliness and operator safety.
They include top-notch ergonomic features such as: 
- Conveniently positioned system controls for efficient sample installation and test setup
- Easy-to-turn operating handles with clear, universally understandable symbols
- A repositionable crosshead that can accommodate a variety of sample sizes

Cylinder-centered Actuator
The load frame of the MTS Series 370 uses an innovative, cylinder-centered design,
which integrates MTS actuators with fatigue rating directly into the crossbeam to form an integrated
actuator carrier. This construction minimizes the number of required joints and
results in a frame that exhibits high axial and lateral stiffness, superior reliability, and a
high degree of uptime. 
- Symmetrical end caps allow easy access to the piston rod seals,
without the need to remove the drive from the load frame, facilitating maintenance
- The precision machining of the end cap flanges allows for automatic
realignment of the end cap to the piston rod
- MTS ring step bearings provide a large lateral load capacity through hydrostatically supported strut pressure
- MTS proprietary directly bonded polymer ensures high durability and close
alignment of the actuator bearings

Load cells of the MTS 661 series are designed for a variety of static and dynamic test applications.
The cells are designed for cyclic operation in tension/compression mode without load.

out of axis and increases accuracy and resolution.

Digital Universal Conditioners (DUCs) provide space for a variety of transducers.

The excitation detection independently verifies the correct 
voltage at the transducer regardless of cable length.
