Here we offer you a vacuum VEL batch coater.

This is a VEL batch coater V201 for high vacuum aluminizing of objects in
a version specifically developed for the automotive industry with glow discharge cleaning and polymer
protective coating capability.

Dimensions of the vacuum chamber:

Inner diameter: 1,680 mm
Total height: 1,200 mm

To facilitate cleaning, the inner surfaces of the vacuum chamber (both the fixed and swinging side)
are protected by removable inner panels made of stainless steel.

A planetary workpiece holder system, with free-running device, that holds 6 or 8 planets
is mounted on both half chambers;

All planets rotate simultaneously.
The height of the workpiece holder plate is 825 mm.

The pumping system has the following configuration:
a rotary pump (rated speed 500 m3/h);
a scroll pump (rated speed 5,500 m3/h), directly driven - frequency control;
Two high vacuum diffusion pumps (rated speed 20,000 l/s) each complete with
two safety thermostats;
The machine is prepared for:
Cryogenic cooling device model Polycold;
Heat exchange baffle at the diffusion pumps;
With a new, clean, and empty chamber, the time to reach a pressure of 3x10-4 mbar will be less than 4 minutes
and the pressure will go from 5x10-5 mbar to 5x10-3 mbar in no less than 13 minutes.

Fieldbus type Profibus DP with 12 Mbit/s
