What is the SPS‑3?

An automatic sampler (autosampler)
for handling liquid samples for spectral analysis.
It processes samples/residues to systems such as AA, ICP‑OES, ICP‑MS
and UV‑Vis spectrometers.

Known as Agilent's "fastest" spectroscopy autosampler,
ideal for high throughput in analytical laboratories.

Key Features:

Fast sample-to-sample movement with X‑, Z‑, and Theta‑arm for efficient workflow
Rack exchange during operation possible, with universal and expandable racks
Flow-through wash station to minimize cross-contamination
Optional diluter for pre-dilution and preparation directly on-line or off-line
With protective cover with gas flushing to reduce aerosols/corrosion.

Compatibility & Applications

Works with AA (Atomic Absorption), ICP‑OES, ICP‑MS as well as UV‑Vis spectrometers
Typically sits on a cart next to the analyzer; connectable via RS‑232
and controllable via instrument software.
