The UVOCS T10x10 / OES UV cleaning system for ultraviolet ozone is a simple,
cost-effective, and quick method to achieve ultra-pure surfaces without organic contaminants.
This process is ideal when a thin film deposition with excellent adhesion to the surface is required.
Ultra-pure surfaces can be easily achieved through UV/Ozone processing within
one to several minutes after cleaning the surface with conventional methods.
