TOX - Full Punch Riveting System

The full punch rivet first cuts through all joining partners and ejects the punch slug from the joint.
With the innovative technology for full punch riveting, TOX PRESSOTECHNIK,
the specialist for sheet metal connections, expands its supply and service program with a forward-looking process.
Full punch riveting offers an additional mechanical sheet metal connection,
which is of great importance for lightweight constructions and the connection of hybrid parts and assemblies.
The rivet feeds, pliers, and tool holders are also designed to be so versatile
that full punch rivets with diameters of 4.0 mm and lengths between 3.3 and 8.1 mm
as well as full punch rivets with diameters of 5.0 mm and lengths between 3.9 and 9.0 mm
can be flexibly processed with both TOX hand pliers and TOX robot pliers.
