getter placement, opdampunit (ebeam) gas sampling, encapsulation units, Mbraun, type Igms 200-1/ 300-1,
control system, extract chambers, buffer chambers, load chambers (extradite by appointment)

This is a complete system, meaning an entire room.

The system must be disassembled on-site and picked up by the buyer!

Dismantling by our team may be possible upon agreement. Prices for dismantling to be discussed!
