Here we offer you a Si detector.

The DET36A(/M) from Thorlabs is a pre-biased silicon (Si) detector,
designed for the detection of light signals in the range of 350 to 1100 nm.
The device comes complete with a photodiode and an internal 12-V bias battery
in a robust aluminum housing.
The DET36A(/M) includes a removable 1-inch optocoupler (SM1T1),
allowing for easy mounting of ND filters, spectral filters, fiber adapters (SMA, FC, and ST style)
and other stackable 1-inch lens mount accessories offered by Thorlabs.
