Here we offer a manual 3D measuring machine.

Two-stage fine drive in all axes.
Fast yet very sensitive measuring for tight contours is possible.

Air-bearing guides made of granite
ensure thermal stability, accuracy, and high mechanical stiffness.
Additionally, the air consumption of the air bearings is extremely low.

Single clamping in each axis
allows the operator to clamp one axis and perform precise measurements within a plane.

Base geometry
All geometric elements can be measured, graphically displayed, and logged.

CAD import
IGES and STEP files can be imported.
Target values can be set with a mouse click on the CAD model.

Renishaw probe

MH20i
Manual rotary / swivel head, indexable in 15° steps.
Reproducible without recalibrating the position.
Integrated measuring probe TP20.
Quick change of probe modules without recalibration.

Double passive vibration damping
making it suitable for production-related use.

Manometer for each axis
for easy maintenance and analysis.
