Aixtron Toxibox with MOCVD system featuring showerhead technology

 The facility operated three thermostatic baths for liquid sources.

There is space for additional ones.

The system design was originally conceived for III-V semiconductors like GaN,

but it was primarily used with II-VI semiconductors, depositing ZnO and ZnS.

Substrate heating up to 900°C is possible.

1 line for gas source is implemented

Carrier gases N2 or H2
