Hydraulic Press Brake

Compact press brake for the cold forming of strips made of metal and comparable materials.
The operating principle is based on the conversion of hydraulic energy supplied by a hydraulic unit,
into mechanical work through two hydraulic cylinders.
The movement of the press ram driven by the hydraulic cylinders
is locked by a hydromechanical system that sets the movement limits.
The working process is divided into the following steps:
Return stroke of the ram at a constant speed of 10 mm/s
Optional stop in the re-pressing position
Rapid approach of the ram for a time determined by the operator

The machine can be equipped with the following accessories to meet specific processing requirements:
Back gauge with one or two axes of movement, automatic clamping system for upper and lower tools, bending aids with stop fingers.
