Cartridge Filter Extraction System

The FP 150 ATEX cartridge filter extraction system is equipped with a self-cleaning,
antistatic filter cartridge that allows the filter to be freed from dust accumulation
by means of compressed air blasts.
The device is ideal for applications where large quantities of dry,
flammable dusts with a minimum ignition energy of >3mJ need to be extracted.
The extraction system has significantly longer service lives compared to systems with saturation filters.
It is also suitable for filtering easily flammable or explosive
dusts and is marked according to the ATEX directive with the designation EX II 2/- Dc IIIC T100°C
for use in extraction in Zone 21.
Depending on the application, a special pre-coating powder can be used
to increase the service life of the filter in processes where sticky particles need to be extracted.
