Here we offer a homogenizer.

The Rannie 5 / Gaulin 5 homogenizer is a high-pressure
displacement pump with 3 oscillating pistons and an
application-specific homogenizing valve system: single-stage,
manually operated via a handwheel. As a high-pressure pump,
the Rannie 5 is equipped with a pressure relief valve. For the Gaulin 5,
this pressure relief valve is available as an option.
The Rannie 5 / Gaulin 5 homogenizer is equipped with a robust
low-speed drive ("Power End") and is designed based on the principle
of minimal noise emissions and vibrations. Easy access to the lubrication
system and other auxiliary components simplifies maintenance and saves
time and money. The product-contact areas ("Liquid End")
consist of a three-part valve housing for Rannie and a monoblock
(ball and plate valves) for Gaulin.
The design features of Rannie and Gaulin simplify
routine maintenance. The materials used for pistons, packing,
pump valves, valve seats, and seals are selected specifically for the
application. The APV engineers will work with you to develop
the appropriate design for your specific application.
