Here we offer a glow discharge spectrometer.
The GDOES spectrometers are the most powerful GDOES spectrometers and are designed for tasks in research & development.
Based on a modular concept, a wide variety of option combinations are possible, allowing for optimal configurations for your application.
The GDA 550 was primarily developed for the analysis of your conductive samples. The GDA 750 is also designed to analyze electrically non-conductive samples.
With up to 79 possible element channels detected via photomultiplier tubes,
the glow discharge spectrometer GDA 750 is the perfect spectrometer for your challenging application.
It offers maximum flexibility, best detection limits, and analytical precision, even for the thinnest layers.
The optional high-resolution SPECTRUMA CCD optics expands the capabilities of the GDA 750 HR by allowing
an almost unlimited number of element channels to be incorporated into your analytical tasks.
Features that are standard equipment for the GDA 750:
The GDA 750 is equipped with a scroll pump that enables hydrocarbon-free measurements.
Also included in the standard equipment of the GDA 750 is a high-frequency glow discharge source.
This allows for the analysis of electrically non-conductive samples.
Samples that are difficult to excite can be analyzed more easily with the help of plasma ignition.
The application range of a GDA 750 extends from heat treatment to galvanizing to complex multilayer systems.
- Fast data acquisition of the PMTs allows for the detection of layers below 100 nm
- Measurements up to a depth of 200 μm
- Depth profiles with fast data acquisition, even for non-conductive layers such as oxides of a few nanometers thickness
- Content analysis of all metals and metal alloys
- Analysis of non-conductive samples such as ceramics, glass, or paint layers
- Linearity of calibration curves
- Curved and even exceptionally shaped samples can be measured.
Scope of delivery: (GDA 750, accessories as shown, software for PC also included)
