Resonance Test Stand POWER SWINGLY MOT Big Table

The POWER SWINGLY BigTable resonance test stand is designed as a two-mass oscillator.
It consists of a vibration head excited by an unbalanced motor via a frequency-controlled asynchronous motor,
which is arranged in the upper part of the machine and generates the dynamic amplitude.
The vibration head is supported by pre-tensioned screw pressure springs on the upper crossbeam and is guided concentrically.
The central load drive is located in the lower part of the machine and applies the static preload
using a geared motor via a spindle drive.

The test space is located above the clamping table and is limited upwards by the adjustable crossbeam.
The control of the test stand is managed by the EXCITING MOT control system.
The complete control electronics for the control system is housed in an industrial PC cabinet.
The control cabinet is made of powder-coated steel sheet and meets protection class IP 50 according to EN 60529.
