Horizontal front-loading vacuum oven for sintering and heating in vacuum or partial pressure inert atmospheres.

The loading is done directly at the oven hearth up to the rated capacity of 90 kg at 1800 °C.

The vacuum pump system and oven power supply are designed to perform automatic heating cycles for specific process requirements.

Vacuum System

"ROUGH PUMPING SYSTEM

The mechanical or rough pumping system operates from atmospheres down to approximately 1 micron (1 x 10³ mm).

The main part of this system consists of a mechanical (or "rough") pump, usually of the rotary vane type.

This type of pump begins to lose efficiency below about 29 inches of vacuum, so a booster pump is placed between the oven and the rough pump.

This booster pump uses a set of rotating pistons to remove air from the oven, allowing the rough pump to operate at a lower pressure and maintain its efficiency.
