For sale is a SCHOLZ hot air autoclave,
which was extensively modernized from 2019 to 2024.
The system is designed for the thermal treatment of materials under
overpressure and offers reliable and precise process control
thanks to modern control technology and proven SCHOLZ construction.
Modernizations carried out
In 2019:
Installation of a new program controller brand STANGE 604 including control software and data recording
Integration of a new Siemens SIMATIC S7-1500 control (TIA Portal)
New thermoelement feedthroughs for 12 component temperature sensors type K
Installation of new thermopanel connectors for the thermoelements
inside the autoclave
New thermoelement feedthroughs for 12 additional sensors for TUS measurement,
including clamp panels inside and outside the autoclave
In 2023:
Replacement of several control valves for compressed air and cooling water control
In 2024:
Installation of a new rotary vane vacuum pump
