This picosecond laser is ideally suited for marking and engraving as well as for thin film ablation and structuring. The PowerLine Pico is perfectly designed for integration into custom systems thanks to its all-in-one design.
ROFIN also offers the laser frequency-doubled and -tripled with wavelengths of 532 nm and 355 nm, respectively. The PowerLine Pico is also available as a beam source without a galvanometer head.

VLM - Visual Laser Marker
VLM stands for an innovative, flexible marking software that is used on Rofin laser systems. The VLM follows the WYSIWYG concept and offers the flexibility of a powerful yet easy-to-use software.
With VLM, markings of various types such as matrix codes, barcodes, and serial numbers can be applied. Depending on the material, even the smallest markings are possible. The innovative software ensures reliable marking of flat and curved surfaces, and on-the-fly applications are also possible.
Common formats such as DXF or optionally PDF are supported for layout import.

CombiLine Basic (V2):
The CombiLine Basic is a user-friendly system of laser class 1 (according to EN 60825-1), which allows for optimal adaptation to customer-specific requirements through the use of largely pre-configured functional modules.
The frame structure includes all control technology components and functional elements. An aluminum plate with a standard drilling pattern serves as the base for standardized or custom workpiece holders.
The fully automatic, electrically operated door allows for loading and unloading of workpieces.
The large observation window allows the processing area to be viewed at any time.
A programmable Z-axis included as standard, including control and motor, is used for vertical focus adjustment.
This is carried out in automatic mode according to the specifications of the marking program.
