Function description: Dual material roll holder with a rewinding unit

Two roll holders and one rewinding unit are each driven by a frequency-controlled DS gear motor.
The unwinding speed is regulated depending on the dancer position in the associated dancer device.
The rewinding for the separating film is driven by a friction clutch.

Cutting Machine "ROBUST FSM 2000 II"

The cutting machine "ROBUST" type FSM 2000 II is a
special version equipped with 2 feed and cross-cutting units each.

The cross-cutting units designed for guillotine cutting have
one gear brake motor each for cutting execution.
The movable upper blades are guided in play-free precision ball round guides.

The lower knife carriers and the transition plates are Teflon-coated
and partially equipped with an air bubble device.

The drives for the lower feed rollers are provided by a stepper motor each.
The length measurement is done via the stepper motors with the corresponding electronic control.

The non-driven upper feed rollers are pneumatically pivotable
and adjustable on both sides with pressure.

The machine operates in cycles.
After a start pulse, a format is advanced and cut.

Process sequence: 2 pieces from the lower unwinding (casting resin = EVA film)
and 1 piece from the upper unwinding (Tedlar film)

Transport conveyor unit with adjustable DS drive

Consists of a pneumatically pivotable receiving conveyor
and a subsequent discharge conveyor.
The transport unit is driven by a DS gear motor.
The incoming format is detected by a sensor, which results in
the drive being switched off.

Electrical control:

The control is designed as a multiprocessor control with multitasking program,
i.e., independent controllers are provided for the essential functions,
which communicate with each other via a master computer.

The machine is designed for cutting materials such as
