Here we offer an angle measurement system.

The SR probe head and the Si interface from Renishaw
are part of the Signum series of optical measurement systems.

These have been developed for use with the highly accurate RESM
and REXM angle measurement systems as well as linear
measurement systems RSLM and RELM from Renishaw,
which feature a bidirectionally repeatable, embedded
IN-TRAC ™ reference mark.

Like all measurement systems from Renishaw, the Signum series
offers high travel speeds, reliable operation, and
all the advantages of open optical measurement with excellent
contamination tolerance.

The interface includes dynamic signal control,
which, in conjunction with the patented filter optics, ensures
excellent signal stability and a very low
short-wavelength error.

The Si interface is connected to the probe head with a small connector,
allowing for cable routing even in tight spaces.

- Operating temperatures up to 85 °C
