Here we offer an interpolator REF.

The new REE and REF are groundbreaking interpolators that offer many innovative features
and a whole range of interpolation factors even up to x4096.
Thanks to the patented filter optics of the scanning head combined with signal amplification,
offset control, and balance regulation of the interface, the cyclical error (Sub-Divisional Error – SDE)
is kept under ±50 nm at all speeds. Additionally, interfaces with analog output are available,
which use this outstanding signal regulation to improve the quality of analog input signals
and output precise 1 Vss signals.

High Speed

The REE and REF interpolators generate digital RS422A square wave signals that meet industry standards,
allowing high speeds (2.8 m/s at a resolution of 0.1 μm), and offer a range
of higher counting frequencies (25, 30, and 50 MHz) to ensure compatibility with a new generation of
high-speed host controllers.
The REE interpolates 1 Vss output signals from the measurement system, while the REF interpolates the unique signals
from the compact scanning heads RGH25F and RGH20F.

Easy Installation

Both the REE and REF interpolators feature a fast
and simultaneously insensitive calibration sequence for optimal installation, as well as a three-color
adjustment LED to monitor signal strength. To assist with precise adjustment, this LED lights up
blue when a signal strength of 100 % ±10 % is reached.
Additionally, there is an adjustment line with signal voltage proportional to the signal amplitude
for remote monitoring and diagnostics.
