The Qcut 150 A is a versatile precision cutting machine for the use of cutting discs up to a size of 203 mm/8”.

The compact cutting machine features automatic feed and also offers the option to perform manual cuts using a hand lever. The optionally available clamping arm with integrated force sensor allows for particularly low-deformation cutting grinding through a precise force-controlled feed.

FORCE-CONTROLLED CUTTING
The feed is precisely regulated via the integrated force sensor in the clamping arm based on the set cutting force, maintaining it constant throughout the entire cutting process.

TABLE ATTACHMENT
The tool-free table attachment allows for quick manual cutting of PCBs, sheet materials, or large samples.

ZONE CUTTING
With the new "Zone Cutting" function, the feed or cutting force for individual areas of the sample can be individually adjusted during a cutting process. This reduces material deformation and heating, thus accelerating the cutting process.

REDUCES FOLLOW-UP GRINDING PROCESSES
The use of the adaptive rotational axis leads to an even smoother cutting pattern and reduces the risk of the cutting disc drifting. This reduces the effort required for subsequent planar grinding of the sample.

GRINDING MODE
In grinding mode, samples can be specifically ground manually or semi-automatically with a cup wheel (target preparation).
