The mercury vapor short arc lamp OSRAM HBO 2001
W/NIEL is used for the production of integrated circuits
(microchips). The lamp emits intense
radiation in the ultraviolet and adjacent visible
spectral range and is specifically designed for Nikon steppers of type NSR-
2005 i9C, i10, i11. The HBO® 2001 W/NIEL is also available as
a longlife version HBO 2001 W/NIL with a lifespan of
1500h. Currently in the approval process with Nikon.
