Here we offer a knife coating system.

The knife coating system consists of:
1 electrically driven circular conveyor system by Woelm, type F40,
2 electrically heated drying ovens for temperatures up to 150°C,
1 small cooling chamber for cooling before the second dip,
2 electrically driven lifting tables,
1 electrically heated tempering oven for temperatures up to 200°C.
1 long cooling chamber for cooling down,
2 frames for holding 2 knife bars each (provided by the customer) for loading
and unloading the knife bars (the exact execution must be clarified upon awarding).

for three-phase alternating current 400 volts, PE, N, SO Hz.,
for recirculation operation and temperatures up to 200°C,
air distribution in the process room ± 5 °C in steady state,
measured at a distance of at least 200 mm from the wall surfaces,
required air pre-pressure 6 bar
for knives with a cutting length of max. 260 mm
