The EPLEXOR® 2000 N and 4000 N devices combine dynamic mechanical thermal analysis
with dynamic material testing for the absolute determination of the E-modulus.

The retrofittable automatic sample feeding system with optional sample dimension measurement
ensures the highest possible sample throughput during tests across the entire temperature range
from -150 °C to 500 °C (option).
FEATURES:
The only DMTS system with two independent drives for static and dynamic load application.
A static load of up to 4000 N is possible, the dynamic drive up to ±2500 N.
Due to a high force reserve, compression and shear tests on dumbbell specimens are also possible.
With the increased force range, it is particularly suitable for thermosets, composite materials, or elastomers.
High-force device for determining non-linear mechanical properties of hard (reinforced) materials.
Heat build-up tests with large deformation amplitudes on components are possible.
