The new EPLEXOR® 6000/8000 N systems are tailored for applications in component and DMA testing.
Forces from a few mN to the kN range, temperatures from -150°C to 1500°C
and displacements of up to 100 mm can be achieved.
Gabo offers the complete spectrum of dynamic elastomer and polymer testing systems.
The instruments can be equipped with a moisture generator and an autosampler system for tensile, compressive, bending, and shear modes.
Measurement of viscoelastic material properties depending on temperature, frequency, and mechanical load
Testing systems of the EPLEXOR® model series enable the mechanical characterization of a wide range of different materials:

The method of Dynamic Mechanical Spectroscopy (DMTS/DMTA or DMA) uses forced mechanical vibrations to deform the test specimens.

NETZSCH GABO Instruments GmbH presents the EPLEXOR® 6000/8000 N devices, a new high-force series for dynamic material testing.
The stationary devices achieve maximum forces of up to 6 kN or 8 kN and displacements of up to 100 mm.
The EPLEXOR® 6000/8000 N model series is universally applicable and designed for a variety of applications in material and component testing.
A wide selection of different sample holders expands the testing possibilities to a variety of new materials and sample geometries.
Depending on the configuration, DMTA measurements, static and dynamic component tests, fatigue tests, heat build-up tests,
rolling resistance determinations, and much more can be performed.
Different temperature chambers from -150°C to +1500°C, a climate generator that allows defined humidity levels from 5% rF to 90% rF,
material tests in liquids or under inert or flushing gas influence are part of the optional product range.
As with all models in the high-end series, two independent drive systems (servo drive and electrodynamic vibration drive)
are used here, which can be combined as needed depending on the application.
