Description of the POLAR D 56 ECO:

The POLAR 56 cutting machine is designed for single-layer operation.
The precise and material-friendly swing diagonal cut is performed hydraulically.
This allows the dwell time of the knife at the bottom dead center to be
adjusted to the material.
The stainless steel table surface is extremely smooth and allows for easy
handling of the material, even without air nozzles.
The pressing force can be continuously adjusted over a wide range
using a rotary knob with a scale for any
cutting material.
Bright LEDs visually indicate the cutting line to the operator.
The machine is operated via an ergonomically arranged control panel with a 5.5”
monochrome display and an additional flat input keyboard.
Recurring cutting sequences can be saved in one of the 198 available
memory slots and adjusted at any time.
The creation of cutting programs can be done either manually or guided by menu
and intuitively via format programming.
To optimize cutting quality, the pre-press time can be set according to the material.
