Short Description:
The laminator ICOLAM 38/24 is designed for the production of solar modules.
For this purpose, the solar modules to be laminated are individually introduced into the laminator as unconnected components.
In the laminator, disturbing gas inclusions are removed from the loose solar module by applying vacuum, and then the solar module is laminated together through temperature and pressure application. All process parameters such as temperature,
vacuum, pressure, and time are controlled via an electronic control system.
The solar module is then cooled in the cooling station.
