MDS A220-PD Authoriv Workstation

A220-PD assembly system is a stationary workstation for processing press-fit elements.

Intended use:
The machine is used for pressing in connecting elements.
The operator manually inputs the corresponding screws, plastic nuts
and the component to be processed into the machine.
Then the operator starts the pressing process using a foot switch.
The pressing process runs automatically.

Connecting elements:

Press-fit nut, blind rivet nut, self-piercing nut, press-fit pin, punch pin / rivet pin

Thread sizes - M5, M6, M8, M10, M12

Operating modes:
The operating modes can be switched on the control panel.

Automatic operation:
The pressing of the connecting elements occurs in automatic mode.
Movements are only triggered when the operator presses the foot pedal
and thereby initiates the pressing process.

Manual operation:
In manual operation, adjustment activities are performed on the machine.
In this mode, movements can be activated individually.
