The modular analysis measurement system Protos 3400(X) is primarily used for
capturing and processing electrochemical parameters in liquids. It is
modular in design and consists of the power supply BASE, the door FRONT, and various
measurement and communication modules.
Type Protos 3400X is intended for areas that are explosion hazardous and
for which operating resources of group II, device category 2(1), gas/dust are required.
Protos 3400(X) is a flexible measurement system for continuous measurement processes
in liquid analysis. The modular design allows for easy
adaptation to the measurement task. The flexible use of plug-in modules
enables measurement combinations as well as subsequent expansions or
modifications. The measured values depend on the input modules used. For further processing of the output signals, communication modules are available. The robust housing (IP 65) allows for panel, wall, or mast mounting. The version in hygienically polished
stainless steel housing enables use in biotechnology, pharmaceutical,
and food industries. The version in coated steel housing – highly corrosion-resistant – was developed for use in the chemical
industry, environmental technology, in water and wastewater sectors, and for use in power plants.
