High depth of field

The high depth of field is one of the fundamental characteristics
or functions that has a decisive impact on
usability. The depth of field and
brightness are significantly influenced by KEYENCE's proprietary developments, such as
lenses, camera, and graphics system.

Free angle viewing

The field of view does not change even when the sample is viewed from
another angle. The sample does not even need to be touched.
Thanks to the design of the system, it is possible to see details in the live image while panning
that were not visible before.

Reliable 2D and 3D measurements

Based on different information such as color,
contrast, and height, measurements can be performed at any position in the image
independently of the operator.
Measurements can be conducted in the live image or in
saved documents.

Intuitive software

Viewing settings such as magnification and
illumination method are saved along with the image.
This allows images to be reproduced with previously used
settings and necessary information to be exported directly into analysis reports with image material.

From the lenses to the camera to the
graphics system and object table, all components are designed as
a complete system. The sophisticated
interaction between the elements ensures
maximum performance.

Universally applicable macro zoom lens VH-Z00R/Z00T
Within a magnification range of 0.1× to 50× 
the measurement object can be viewed either in its entirety or with significant
magnification.
This macro lens is characterized by a working distance 
of 95 mm as well as easy handling and high
performance.

Universal zoom lens VH-Z20R/Z20T
The VH-Z20R/Z20T enables high-resolution observations at
standard magnifications of 20× to 200×.
This lens was designed with the simultaneous optimization 
of depth of field and resolution in mind. A manual
viewing mode is also possible.

High-resolution zoom lens VH-Z500R/Z500T
This zoom lens consists of high-quality fluorite lenses. With a
working distance of 4.4 mm, it offers magnifications up to the
sub-micrometer range. Magnification 500x to 5000x.
