The 2600B Series SourceMeter current/voltage source and measurement instruments are based on Keithley's 3rd generation SMU technology.
Each of the tightly integrated instruments offers the capabilities of a precision power supply, a true current source,
a 6.5-digit digital multimeter, an arbitrary waveform generator, a pulse generator, and an electronic load.
The 2600B Series SourceMeter models feature integrated, Java-based test software,
enabling true plug-and-play I/V characterization from any browser anywhere in the world.
The 2600B Series is a family of powerful instruments with unique capabilities for testing
components and devices for numerous applications including research and development, production testing, education, and QA/FA.
