The HYDAC Contamination Test Unit CTU 2000 series is used to determine the surface cleanliness of components.
The components are rinsed in a defined clean environment with a defined clean rinsing fluid.
The particle load of the rinsing fluid is filtered through a membrane and then evaluated.
The data obtained provides insights into the type, size, and mass of the contamination.
By knowing the type of contamination, measures can be taken to prevent it
(better filtration, transport, storage…).
