DIALOG touch responds to a finger touch

The control system of the ultrasound welding machines from Herrmann allows for uncomplicated control and monitoring of the welding process,

without the need for complex operating procedures or programming knowledge. All settings are made via logically structured menus,

which can be easily accessed by touching the LCD touchscreen. In case of uncertainties, a context-sensitive help system explains the next steps.

Total control

Color graphics to display welding performance, joining path, and welding force provide information about the exact course of the welding process.

For targeted evaluation, multiple curves can also be displayed simultaneously and directly compared.

If desired, a graphical representation of the weld part and the weld points is also possible - with error analysis directly via the touchscreen.
 
Parameterization of the Generator

For each oscillation pattern, a welding program can be defined, consisting of a variety of parameters.

The programs for up to 16 oscillation patterns can be saved, allowing for true plug-and-play during tool changes.

For targeted error analysis, the actual values of each welding process are recorded in an automatic logbook.
 
Flexible and expandable

The consciously open control system is freely programmable and updatable.

It fits all standard and special machines from Herrmann and also allows for individual programming and execution

of all processes via a PLC control. All interfaces comply with common PC standards.

Remote Maintenance

If desired, the DIALOG touch control can be connected to the Herrmann remote maintenance system via a modem.

This allows for reliable fault diagnosis from a distance and guarantees quick assistance in case of operational disruptions.

Feed Units VE 20 / Series

It is designed for a flexible modular system and can therefore be individually adapted to the respective welding task.

With the indexed quick-change system on a movable slide, practically any installation direction can be realized.
