Purpose:
The machine is used for mixing powdered solids, liquids, and pastes
as well as for incorporating fillers. The viscosity range can vary from
liquid to paste.

Machine Structure:

The laboratory stand dissolver essentially consists of the machine stand, the
lifting device, the drive for the mixing tool, the telescopic hood with
spring pressure, the clamping chuck, and the control cabinet (non-Ex) with control
and compact controller.

The container (customer-supplied) and the telescopic hood form a
closed mixing chamber in the working position. A hose connection is provided on the hood,
which serves according to the intended use.

The drive of the mixing tool is equipped with a speed adjustment via
frequency converter. The arrangement, power ratings, and speeds of the
motors can be seen from the attached project drawing.
The display of the compact controller can show the speed of the mixing tool, the
mixing time/remaining mixing time, mixing sequences, and other functions.

Operation
Power on and off is done via the corresponding buttons in the control cabinet.

Lifting the Mixing Tool Drive

Lifting is done by turning on the lifting motor. It runs only as long as the
push buttons (2-hand safety circuit UP-UP) are pressed. After releasing
the buttons, the arm remains in any desired height.

Lowering the Mixing Tool Drive

To lower the arm, the corresponding buttons (2-hand safety circuit DOWN-DOWN)
on the control panel are pressed.

Mixing Tool Change

The mixing tool shaft is provided with a connection thread M8. Depending on
the need, the mixing tool (customer-supplied stirring star) can be unscrewed and
replaced.

Control Panel / Display

The operation of the machine is primarily done via the compact PLC
controller "Vision 560-T25B". Excluded are safety-related
functions such as power disconnection via the main switch, shutdown in case of danger
by pressing the emergency stop button, as well as the two-hand operation for opening
or closing the mixing chamber.
The control panel consists of a backlit LCD display and
foil-covered click-pressure buttons.

The buttons marked with a letter are assigned fixed functions
that can be activated at any time independently of the menu. Once a
function is activated, the corresponding status appears in the upper right
screen area of the "Operating Display" menu.
The M up and down buttons can be used to scroll through the individual menu screens.
