Here we offer a blasting booth.

The blasting booth consists of several components:

- Blasting booth with lift door
- Control box with Siemens Simatic C7 control
- Separate separator blasting device
- Dust extraction system
- Retractable indexing table cart

Compressed air supply: Network pressure 6-10 bar
Electrical connection: 400 volts, 50 Hz (5-wire system)

The track width and wheelbase of the indexing table depend on the size
of the table, in this case 1,200 mm / indexing table 2,000 x 1,000 mm

Interior lighting is provided by 500-watt halogen floodlights, which are mounted on the cabin roof.

The blasting device is suitable for all blasting media up to 2.3 kg bulk weight per liter.

The sand distributor type 1044 is used to regulate the amount of blasting material in injector or Laval devices.
It is made of solid cast iron.

The sand distributor 1044 is usually mounted at the lower end of the blasting material collection funnel.
It is designed so that both outlets can be connected with injector sizes using nozzle heads 1019 b.
With Laval nozzle heads 6332, only one nozzle head can be connected at a time.
