Freezer Chest, +/- 0°C to -40°C, capacity 300 l: GFL-6344 microprocessor-controlled freezer chest, with variable alarm system and potential-free contact for connection to an internal alarm system. Multifunctional control unit: with easily understandable symbols, secured by a key switch. Alarm thresholds (0-20 K) for over/under temperature as well as alarm suppressions (0-999 min.) individually adjustable. Automatic alarm and error display, input/retrieval of all safety-relevant values: set and actual temperature, over and under temperature, battery capacity and charge status. RS 232 interface: for monitoring and data logging via PC. EX-protected usable space, free from ignition sources: made of stainless steel, additionally protected from cold loss by three removable insulating cover plates. External cooling coils ensure direct cold transfer from all sides, high freezing speed throughout the usable space, and uniform temperature distribution. Usable space lid: double-sealed (one magnetic seal) and insulated, with safety lock and weight-balancing spring bands. Outer casing: made of electrolytically galvanized steel sheet, powder-coated, largely resistant to lye, acid, and heat. Six swivel casters (two of which are lockable) ensure easy transport of the freezer chest to various locations. Insulation: all around 150 mm thick, seamless and diffusion-tight polyurethane foam, CFC-free. Refrigeration system: according to accident prevention regulation BGV D 4 edition 88, as of 01.10.97. The fully hermetic high-performance compressor, the air-cooled condenser, the component-tested safety pressure switch (pressure stat), and other switching elements are easily accessible in the machine room.
