Description

This robust, well-proven impact device is particularly easy to handle.

The upper part of the device moves smoothly and can easily be lifted with one hand to place the impact container underneath.

Pressing the start button begins the stirring process. A safety device prevents the stirring process from starting without a container.

Once the preset rotation speed is reached, the device automatically switches off. The rotation speed is automatically set to zero.

Test Description

The impact container is filled with water, and the pulp sample is added.

The container is placed in the impact device, and the upper part is closed.

The required rotation speed according to the standard is already preset. However, it can be adjusted if necessary.

Pressing the start button initiates the stirring process, which ends automatically once the preset rotation speed is reached.

After unlocking and opening the upper part, the impact container is removed.

The whipped pulp suspension is now available for further processing steps.
