- Servo rotary axis with collet and conical receiving tip for axial and radial sample fixation as well as sample positioning in circumferential direction
Eddy current testing system consisting of:
- Industrial PC IPC 7143
- Single-channel eddy current plug-in card eddymax
- Eddy current differential testing sensor in outer run arrangement (integral)
- Eddy current differential testing sensor in probe arrangement (local)
- Axially distributed pneumatic pipe supports for vertical sample guidance
- Tailstock unit with collet and receiving tip for axial and radial sample fixation
- Linear guide for axially aligned positioning of rotary axis, pneumatic pipe supports, and tailstock unit

Usage:
1. The eddy current testing system is designed for eddy current defect testing of tubular semi-finished products.
2. Semi-finished products include pipe sections, sleeves, or cylindrical profiles.
3. The material of the semi-finished products to be tested must be electrically conductive.
4. The length of the semi-finished products to be tested must be between 40mm and 1500mm.
5. As a standard, the testing of semi-finished products made of magnesium with a maximum allowable
outer diameter of 2.0mm at a wall thickness of 150μm is specified.
6. The testing of semi-finished products with properties deviating from the standard must
be carried out using suitable clamping tools as well as problem-adapted
testing sensors and testing parameters in coordination with the manufacturer.
