Nivosonic Ultrasonic Level Measurement

Nivosonic Features

Nivosonic measuring converters are suitable for a variety of applications. The
ease of use is always prioritized:
- Six operating modes can be set on the device for practical measurement conditions,
such as dust, filling noises, multiple echoes, etc., by entering a
parameter.
- With linearization, volume measurements can be carried out in horizontal
cylinders and tanks with a conical outlet.
- The fixed target suppression and envelope curve statistics allow for good measurements
in the presence of permanent and sporadic interference echoes.
- The analog output signals are nominal currents of 0/4...20 mA/
20...4/0 mA and voltages of 0/2...10 V/10...2/0 V.
- Two relays are used to monitor level limit values.
The Nivosonic FMU 67... self-monitors from the ultrasonic sensor to the
outputs. If the safety circuit detects a fault, the alarm relay drops, the
alarm LED lights up, and an error message is issued.
