The machine is exclusively designed for the economical, safe, and material-friendly heating of mineral plastics

as well as all composites, thermoplastics, acrylic glass, and similar materials.

In the vacuum plate, there are additionally 4x2 G 1/2' connections built in and sealed with silicone.

No contamination of the environment by silicones can be guaranteed,
as the mere presence of the silicone membrane already contaminates the environment.
The proportion of volatile substances is very low. However, this is present in all rubber products,
when exposed to this temperature.

Insulated handles on all sides, adjustable steel hinges at the back,
gas pressure dampers for easy opening and closing on both sides,
opening angle approx. 80 - 85°
Locking clamps adjustable on the narrow and front side.

Vacuum pump 40m³/h as a maintenance-free dry runner on a removable console,
with vacuum storage in the machine frame including filter.

Under the vacuum press is the heating station
with upper and lower ELKOM aluminum electric heating plate 2800 X 1800 X 18mm + 19mm mineral insulation plate + 19mm V 20
approx. 29,000 watts 400 volts per heating plate
Drawer of the heating chamber pneumatically extendable by 1500 mm.
Upper table of the heating chamber is pneumatically raised and lowered for workpiece adjustment, stroke 25 mm.

Central control cabinet with electronic temperature control 0-200° C.
The temperature of each heating plate is individually infinitely adjustable.
Control of all functions such as vacuum, opening and closing of the heating chamber, manual-automatic switch,
vacuum display, main switch, operation control lamps, and small control Millenium II, switchable from the control panel.
Interface for controlling the drawer to the heating chamber
(table in/out) via an external signal 24 volts dc
and 2 potential-free contacts for the message table is retracted + table is extended.
