Application Area:

The ELOTEST PL.E is a powerful Eddy Current Testing Device with high signal dynamics and two testing channels.
It is used for crack and structure testing, particularly
for requirements regarding the detection of small local defects
 and high testing speeds.
The device is suitable for use with rotor probes.

The ELOTEST PL.E is used for crack testing and for structure testing on semi-finished products,
 components, and small parts. For semi-finished products and
rod-shaped components, the PL.E is applied
when rotor coils can detect both transverse and longitudinal cracks
 as well as at very high material speeds.
For components, e.g., brake discs or bearing seats,
particularly rotationally symmetric outer and inner surfaces
 are tested in combination with rotor probes. Small parts, e.g.
rolling bearing bodies or screws,
are tested on the surface for small local defects.
