Purpose
Electrochemical diffusion sensor for Dräger transmitters. For monitoring
the concentration of hydrogen fluoride (HF), hydrochloric acid (HCl), hydrobromic acid
(HBr), boron trifluoride (BF3), silicon tetrafluoride (SiF4),
germanium tetrafluoride (GeF4), tungsten hexafluoride (WF6), boron trichloride
(BCl3), silicon tetrachloride (SiCl4), dichlorosilane (DCS), phosphorus oxychloride
(POC), phosphorus trichloride (PCl3), and chlorine trifluoride (ClF3) in the ambient air.
