COMPex excimer lasers are highly effective light sources, with a compact design and easy installation and operation.
They deliver excellent results in demanding applications, e.g. solid sampling systems (LA-ICPMS), materials research
(PLD) and precise material processing.
With ceramic pre-ionization, the COMPex offers output power of several hundred millijoules plus unmatched pulse-to-pulse stability.
The COMPex also comes with an improved gas processor that extends both the gas and optics lifespan.
