Description and features of the M-Box

The M-Box is an interface for industrial environments in the field of quality assurance
for SPC and CAQ programs (computer-aided quality control).

Power supply is provided as standard via RS232 connection (PC-COM) through an integrated power supply (230V).
In versions with USB connection (VCP = virtual COM port), the device
can alternatively be powered via the USB connection, eliminating the need for the integrated power supply.

All M-Boxes come standard with a connection option for an external footswitch,
allowing for convenient data transfer of the measured values to the software in use.
Status LEDs on the M-Box allow for easy reading of connection activities.

The M-Box with USB connection creates a virtual serial interface (VCP) via a driver,
which can be used for existing software that requires a serial connection from the device to the software.
